World Cup racing is back and back with a bang. Round 1 and 2 were both held at Maribor, Slovenia in the same week . It was a busy week with race 1 held on a Friday and race 2 held on Sunday. This was a first for World Cup racing and we hope for more of this in the future. Myles Kelsey of Bike Network a former Masters DH Champion with 41 years of race experience joins the show to chat everything from Maribor including the wheel size debate, safety , team rumours and of course the racing.

After a nail biting World Cup Season in 2019 he added the World Cup Overall title to his long list of achievements. Bruni is happy to speak his mind and a great ambassador for the sport. Jurgen Beneke is a legend in the Sport of Downhill and MTB. He was a pioneer of the sport and won the first official Downhill World Cup Series in Dh in 1993. We talk about origins of the sport, sneaking alcohol into Norway to pay for racing and just so much more. He feels he is also one of the luckiest riders alive escaping many crashes along the way. He has launched a fundraiser and campaign to give back to those riders that weren't so lucky. He urges everyone that has had a lucky escape and we all know we have to donate $10 for every crash to a GOFUNDME page. Brian Lopes started racing BMX at age 4. He then went onto become one of the most successful mountain bikers earning 4 World Titles and 6 World Cup Titles. He was inducted into the MTB hall of fame. Age did not slow him down at all competing well into his 40's. He talks about longevity, his drive and what set him apart.
